A Clarification on Leave of Absence

Am I allowed to go on holiday and how often can I because I will usually spend 3+ months on holiday every year.

I know I am only an SI but I am planning to climb up the ranks if possible.

Hello,

Staff with a rank higher than Superintendent must take a leave of absence if they are unable to meet their quota for more than one week. Superintendent, as the lowest middle rank, does not have a quota, so we take no action if their absence is longer than that. This means that as a superintendent you cannot take a leave of absence because you do not need it.

I was planning on getting up the ranks in the future so that is why I need the clarification, I am well aware quota is CP+ I want to know whether I will be able to get time to get to HR as I don’t want to do all this hard work just to lose it all when I go on holiday

having 3+ months of vacation is NOT having a life. ur just useless as a human being then cus ur not actually contributing or doing anything remotely useful
