BRING BACK CUFF ABUSING WITH NO PUNISHMENTS

I’m Perry and I’m looking to complete abolish punishments for cuff abusing. I find this rule absurd as a former FD I still to this day believe this rule is nosnsene. This is why I’m making this statement today.

i do NOT approve of this u dastardly platypus
So if cuff abuse was legal you realize it would make the job harder on mods and also it would be stupid. Just cause you got in trouble for cuff abusing doesn’t mean it should be abolished. It’s a large problem that can’t just be ignored.
