Does anyone know the name or what type of admin is used in SV? I would like to use it for some games of my own.

Basic admin, easy to setup and use
Adding on to what has been said, it is to confirm, called **Basic Admin Essentials. It is a modifiable admin that is able to be used in Stateview, or any other game.
