Are inspections really hosted randomly?

It seems that I will almost certainly always miss an inspection

Who’s gonna be on the lookout for an inspection all the time every single day? It’s almost a lucky thing and something that happens by chance, and the chances are very slim

I know they are hosted twice a week at max but I don’t know when

Inspections aren’t scheduled, Inspection supervisors/hosts usually post an announcement in sessions stating “There is an Inspection being hosted in [duration from time]. During the Inspection, you may not commence new sessions.” or something. They are usually about half an hour from my experience with Inspections.

Kind regards~

Inspections aren’t scheduled at all, there can be one hosted 2 days after the last. Sometimes they are hosted at like 5 am so I feel you. Unfortunately you can’t really find out when they are going to be hosted although I’m sure if you recorded every single inspection date you could determine the most likely times :sob:

Hey there!

Inspections aren’t hosted randomly, there are more on a “book timeslot” way. So if someone wanted to host an inspection, they’d have to book a time-slot through @opgamercd and he will either approve or deny this date and time!

Hope this helps!

@opgamercd can you confirm this please?

The Mind That Never Stops: The Person Who Thinks All the Time

Human beings are naturally thoughtful creatures. We are constantly processing information, whether consciously or subconsciously, analyzing our surroundings, and contemplating our next move. But for some individuals, this process seems unrelenting. Their minds seem like engines that never turn off, always whirring with a multitude of thoughts, questions, and reflections. These individuals, the ones who think all the time, experience life in a uniquely constant state of mental engagement. This essay will explore the life of such a person, their internal world, the effects of this never-ending thought process, and the implications it has on their relationships and well-being.

At the core of this constant thinking lies the person’s tendency to overanalyze. Their minds are wired to find meaning in everything. A casual conversation can lead them to explore deep psychological motivations behind every word, every gesture. A simple glance from a friend can spiral into an analysis of how they’re feeling or what they might be thinking, causing the thinker to wonder endlessly about things that may not even matter. While this tendency to reflect and analyze can bring great insights, it often comes with a heavy cost. The person who thinks all the time can become overwhelmed with the sheer volume of thoughts that flood their mind, leaving them exhausted or unable to find peace in silence.

This constant activity in the mind can also make it difficult for such individuals to focus on the present moment. In moments of stillness, their thoughts are apt to wander. Sitting at a café, they might not notice the warmth of their coffee or the hum of casual conversation around them. Instead, their mind might be engaged in an internal dialogue, running through hypothetical situations, solving problems that don’t exist, or replaying past events. This can be a source of frustration, as the individual may crave a sense of tranquility or mental clarity but feel trapped in a perpetual mental loop.

Moreover, the person who thinks all the time often struggles with decision-making. This is because every choice, no matter how small, becomes subject to intense scrutiny. Should they take the job offer? What will their decision mean for their career, their friendships, or their personal happiness? They weigh the pros and cons endlessly, often reaching a point where no decision feels completely right. This can lead to feelings of indecisiveness or the paralysis of overthinking, where the fear of making the wrong choice creates a barrier to action.

On the flip side, the constant thinker may possess remarkable problem-solving abilities. Their ability to examine situations from every angle makes them incredibly adept at understanding complex issues. This trait is often prized in professions that require high-level analysis, like science, law, or philosophy. However, the constant overthinking can sometimes work against them, leading to self-doubt or an inability to finish a project. Their need for perfection can make them hesitant to complete tasks, fearing they may have overlooked an important detail. As a result, they may find themselves stuck in a cycle of revisions or rethinking decisions that have already been made.

This never-ending thought process also affects their relationships. People who think all the time often struggle with communication, as they might be caught up in their own mental world, unable to fully engage with others. They may come across as distant or unresponsive, not because they lack interest in others, but because their mind is so absorbed in thought. Additionally, they may misinterpret others’ actions or words due to their overactive thought process. What might seem like a harmless comment to others can send them into a spiral of overanalysis, wondering if there was hidden meaning or subtext.

Despite these challenges, individuals who think all the time often find refuge in their intellectual pursuits. Their constant mental activity often drives them to seek out knowledge, to learn new things, or to delve into creative outlets that allow them to channel their thoughts. Whether they are writing, painting, or engaging in deep philosophical discussions, their mind provides a constant wellspring of ideas. This can be a source of great fulfillment, as their thoughts provide a means of self-expression and understanding.

In conclusion, the person who thinks all the time lives in a world where the mind never truly rests. While this constant thinking can lead to personal insights, problem-solving abilities, and intellectual pursuits, it can also result in mental exhaustion, indecisiveness, and strained relationships. The key for such individuals is finding a balance between the mind’s ceaseless activity and moments of stillness, where they can learn to embrace the present moment without being swept away by the tide of thoughts. For in the quiet, they may find the peace their minds so desperately seek.
