Chairperson should have Acces to Staff Cuffs

Okay, So I really think Devs should add Staff Cuffs for Chairperson+, as I personally see so many cadets abusing, and a lot of ERT R’king, and there are rarely no mods in the game to respond to modcalls, and even if there is they always say to create a ticket, on the administration server, which takes even MORE Time. I understand why Giving Staff Cuffs to Superintendents could be risky because its a buyable rank, that has over 5,000 People. But on the otherhand, CP Only has 100 People. And ranks below, like FD Only Has 50. So Devs, Please take this into consideration.

I severely disagree. This would only bring in a lot of abuse because most chairpersons are rank buyers. GA should get staff cuffs, not chairpersons.
