Host special trainings in servers for the people that reached level 3.
What this will do is teleport them to the SR and they will be trained in order to get the CO/ERT rank ( And play as this role ). This will reduce trolling/raiding/abusing cuffs, Guns, Etc.
By teaching them the rules and the risks of what they’re doing!
And teaching them when to warn & put them in max and when you use sollitary!
I have noticed lots of troll/abusers nowadays.

This would not be a good idea, it would severely decrease the amount of play getting past CAO.

How would this training be set up? what would be the sections for the training? what would the requirements be for the host/co-host? and how many people can attended this at once? If you really want this to be implemented into the game you have to specify these things.
