Depending how far you are into the SR, if you aren’t past the first blue line then you aren’t immortal. However as a rule of thumb this is true.

Hello! Although I would love to see medpacs available in the game, it would come with great moderation. Many issues can be found with these, including the inbuilt healing system, which would have to be nurfered to allow players with meds a more fair advantage, if every player had them then you are essentially all back to the old meds system and finally it would unfortunately have to be locked behind a paywall to upkeep moderation.

Bro i was in SR and an inmate started to shoot me and I stayed alive.
That was either a glitch/bug or the inmate just has bad aim, also depends if the SR is locked.
That, or you were teamed and team kill exists.

True, though this doesn’t always protect you. I’ve died countless times while the SR is locked during sessions that I attend/host.
