I’m not at any rank or in any department that has a quota, however I thought of making quota longer, for example give CP 4 session points per month instead of 1 per week. This would reduce the need for LOA in cases of short absence, but might make quota too easy. If this is implemented, quota might need to be higher overall or/and staff should be able to decide between weekly or longer quota.
Edit: This would be especially helpful if someone is regularly absent for a shorter time(1-2 weeks)
Yeah this sounds good, there would be a lot less stress on people.
