When you spawn as prisoner and have the M4A1 game pass, it only gives you the M4A1 once, and if you die and respawn you no longer get it. This isn’t an issue with the glock game pass.
QUESTION SOLUTION
The M4A1 is given first spawn when you join, respawn out of max, respawn as a criminal, or on staff teams. This shows us its was an intention of the game creators but never released why. It is a know issue that seems to either be a inmate team glitch or intentionally tool limitations.
