We all have seen that level 200+ guy asking you to take them to solitary, then they pull out their gamepass gun and keycard and slaughter the whole facility. Max/sol is supposed to be a SOLUTION, not a way for them to escape. I say the gamepass keycard is different from the criminal one in that it cannot unlock max/sol doors, and maybe add some sort of cooldown/restriction on normal doors. One person with a keycard can destroy the whole server. Today, I was participating in a session, and the entire time, we were trying to kill a guy with a permanent guns and keycard. Spoiler alert: we couldn’t. It basically ruined the whole session, and this problem could easily be solved with a nerf on the keycard.
I already posted a suggestion to fix this once: inmates should not get their items when respawning in max/sol.
The key card should be 3 numbers instead of 2
3 numbers would help, but the experienced players would still get it easily. Also, the problem still happens in regular cellblock. Perhaps getting rid of the gamepass altogether is the solution…
No, just make gamepass items not spawn in max/sol
I agree, but we should have a more reasonable suggestion, like them being unable to reset or re-acquire their items through resetting. We are, as by the law, bound to frisk them when cuffing the inmate. Thus, we should prevent them from resetting in the cell to avoid them from escape.
Yeah but then they just use !rejoin
Making items not appear in the max/sol teams fixes both problems.
