Mandatory for ert-

The intent of this session is pretty good, as it’s hard for CAOs to learn the rules otherwise. The last phase should probably be done like a sequence of multiple scenarios and if a mistake is done, the correct way to react would be explained. I’m not experienced with trainings, so I can’t say if anything needs to be criticised about this training type.

The rank part might not be needed, I’d say to just make this mandatory for CAOs.

Edit: changed my mind, the game wouldn’t be able to grow like that

I like this but this would need to be revised if it did get added.

Where in the world did you pull this from??? :skull:

I think this Needs to many high rank players just to teach CAOs how to play
the CACs and PCs def would not want to do this.

can confirm

No… it would take too long for cadets to get promoted, and they would immediately quit. It would negatively effect the growth of SV.

Now that I have read that criticism, I have to agree. It’s impossible to get all the cadets trained with the few HRs our community has and the CAOs need an easier experience with less restrictions and opportunity for gameplay to get into the game, not a training they shouldn’t leave, wich is basically school about all the rules. If the game doesn’t start fun, they won’t stay.

What revisions do you recommend?

#REMOVEMINIMUMCARACTERREQ

I was suggesting to become a cadet after passing the probation.

Here’s what I think:
Supervisor: CAC+
Host: FD+
Cohost:CP+ Max 2
Helper:SI+ Max 2
I think this would be better.

Sadly, that cannot fix the problem. The ranks don’t matter, the new players should have some time to get into the game before having to attend these sessions.

I agree but the helpers need to have no max because the helpers need to be the inmates like how in rpc some attendees get teamed inmate.

The after CO? Giveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Just no really.

Nshshshshsjsjsjsjsjsk

No its just a bad shift it should
Superviser: N/A
Host: CP+
Co-Host: Warden+ [Must be in main and intel]
Helpers: DW+ [Must be in main and intel]

but this session should never be added.

It’s not a shift it’s a basic training for cao’s

I said it’s a bad shift meaning it’s worse then a shift

Bruh is for caos giv3eeeeeeeeeree
