I think that we should have SA elections every 6 months, in which, CP+ could vote or respected inmates and Superintendents in depts such as GA or OC. Anyone who has been in the SA for the last term (6 months) will not be able to vote. The same goes with anyone running for SA. The candidates would have to be approved by a selected committee of CoS+ (14 needed out of the 20 to pass the applicant into the running). From there CP+, RI or SI in depts (excluding SA) would be able to vote on 2 Head Agents, a specified number of senior agents and normal agents. (The number would be chosen by the selected committee who would also be passing or denying possible candidates) Everyone who has a vote would be able to vote for 1 head Agent, 1 senior agent and 2 other agents who they believe would do a good job. CMotB+ would be able to deny candidates even when passed by the committee if they had a valid reason. This would need to be approved by another CMotB+ or two BDT+.
I thought this may be good because SA is sometimes in need of new leadership and it would give people who have earned places within state view the vote, making sure no alts could be made to rig voting. BDT+ would get to vote for 2 head agents, 2 senior agents and 2 normal agents. Voting would not be compulsory but would only happen every 6 months or if the committee or CoS+ called for an emergency meeting if something seriously wrong was happening in Support Agency. Votes would be submitted to one of 5 chosen people who would log them and check no one had voted twice unless they were BDT+. Applicants must first fill out a form like normal selection to narrow down the amount of applicants, there should be 100-150 passers into the election who would then be voted for.
