Unblacklist the give command

Hi there!

During trainings, CAOs need a gun to participate in the accuracy phase. Usually, they need to pickpocket someone and hope to get one. This is luck-based and may take some time, so it would benefit the training pace to allow the give command for that specific reason. This would then pretty much be the only allowed reason in most cases and should be checked if the give command is found in the logs. Feel free to comment on thing you’d like to say about this post.

They already can give the G - 17 to CAO during accuracy.

Thank you for that info! I didn’t expect there to be regular exceptions to blacklisted commands.
