Exactly but that wasn’t always the case.
LR - CAO - W
MR - SI-CP (SI is a real MR rank but it has no perms or admin cmds.)
HR - FD - BOG (FD is considered a MR but it is basicly a HR.)
SHR COS-CmotB
Executive - SL+.
These are the correct ones.

BoG is SHR, CoS+ is considered leadership
FD is MR by definition.
SI has perms to:
- help in trainings
- co-host shifts
- manage all LRs

- MR: SI - FD

- Leadership: CoS - CMotB
- Executive: SVL - CEO
