When I play Stateview, whenever I call a mod, they just say " Report them on the Intel server".
Like seriously, if they just keep on telling you this and they don’t do anything what the point? Wouldn’t it just be better not to have modcall and just report it on the Intel server?
Well, if you provide a username along with proof, we GA’s can deal with the suspect if THEY ARE IN-GAME. If they are not, we can’t do anything but direct you to intel. The modcall has helped a lot and it is not pointless at all.

I understand, that Game Administrators usually direct you to Intel, instead of directly resolving the issue, but usually, the callers don’t have the suspect’s username, but only video proof, so it’s quicker for us to direct you to Intel, especially when there are many modcalls piling up. Game Administrators are supposed to deal with the suspect, if they are in game, but in some cases, we can’t do anything, because the caller doesn’t have Video, the suspect’s username, or they had their username, but the suspect left.

yk that just sends reporters to the intel server, and it is pointless at most of the points (most, because if likely in some other magic universe where moderators respond with faster time and catch abuser and see that they do break rules, they may meet consequences) but the thing is that it takes way too long to respond. YES, GA’s ARE HUMANS TOO, but it doesn’t mean that it allows for whole department to just delay answering to calls. and, like, can’t apps then be reopened again to gain more GA’s and train them all?
YES, if you are unable to provide a username but you have proof (a video recording, etc.) you will have to report the player in the intel server. You can just remember the abuser or rule breaker’s username and if they are still in-game, the game moderator will be able to do something.
However, if the username you provided is still in-game but not found abusing, no punishment will be given.
It’s better to have a video recording if you would like to report the person and not solely depend on modcalls.
Hope this clears up the confusion,

ok that actually might help, but there are normally alot of ppl asking for help and doing modcalls at the same time, if they open apps and get more people they still won’t be able to cover EVERY SINGLE modcall
modcalls only rlly work if the user is still abusing or breaking rules in-game, so just get a recording if you’re desperate and report in the intel server
Modcalls are the best way of teaching new players the rules if they really want to play fair.
I got modcalled once, for RK/TA, even tho not having equipped a gun for the prior 15mins or so, whatever.
The mod just told me that IF I’d done it, I should not do it and that’s good for learning rules that new players don’t know yet.
Yes, usually when the caller provides valid proof (Video), or if they provide the suspect’s username, and they are seen abusing, Game Administrators should deal with it. When there’s no proof, there’s nothing GAs can do. Providing the suspect’s full username in the modcall command also makes things faster.

Well, the thing is, that sometimes, there are only few active GAs at the moment, and there may be no modcalls at one time, but few minutes after, there are alot of modcalls, and GAs can only respond to one at a time, unless the call is about the same suspect, and the call comes from the same server. Opening applications is not always an option, as it takes a long time to read all of them, because there usually are alot.
