A Guide on getting CP [2024 UNOFFICIAL GUIDE]

This guide is intended to be read by SUPERINTENDENTS.

Hello. I have decided to create a guide on how to get Chairperson, and as a new appointed CP, I know what it takes to get CP.

In-Game Activity

As a Superintendent, an important part of trying to get promoted is in-game activity. You need to have good stats in terms of minutes played per week and month. I would recommend at least 1500+ minutes per month, and at least 200 minutes per week. This gives you a good chance of getting CP, as you need alot of in-game acvitity.

Session Statistics
To get promoted to CP, you need to have session statistics, or stats, as well. As a Superintendent, you are allowed to help in trainings, and co-host shifts. You also need HW’s (Hardest worker’s) in shifts, as these are also mandatory, and will contribute heavily to getting CP. I will be creating a guide on how to help and co-host below. I would recommend 20+ HW, Helper and Co-host.

Co-hosting Shift

Requirements:
Must be in both discord servers.
Must know how to use BC (Bloxcord).
Must be able to use grammar.

  1. STS on the blue lines near the windows if the host does not have a co. Do NOT ask to co-host, as this counts as being “Hungry”, which is heavily frowned upon.

  2. If the host decides to pick a co, they will usually say “Step forward for co-host. [SI+]”, or anything similar. Step forward from the STS line, and if the host picks you, well done! If not, STAY for the duration of the shifts, as you might be the hardest worker, which is needed for CP.

  3. Get on Stateview forums Shift Guide, and prepare all the guides needed (Introductory and ending lines)

  4. Get on BC (Bloxcord), and don’t start or end anything. The host will do this for you. Please note, the host needs to add you to the shift first on BC. If the host asks you to mark a certain phase (Phases of a shift are posts, Lockdown/Blackout/Evacuation drill and callback), mark anyone who you think passed the phase. For callback, mark anyone who has returned to the SR (Session room). During posts and the drill, mark anyone who has communicated well and used grammar.

  5. During the end of the shift, do not touch anything on BC, except for the “Grading” tab, which the host will pull up. Grade your fellow colleagues accordingly on what you think they deserve.

  6. Be a part of the photo, by either making a wedge (V-Shape formation), or by crouching in front of the attendees. (Hosts choice of which to do)

  7. Congratulate all attendees and Hardest Workers.

Remember to strike and dismiss attendees accordingly, such as if they were talking out of PTS (Permission to speak), if they are trolling, etc.

Helping Training

Requirements:
Must be in both Discord servers.
Must be able to use BC (Bloxcord).
Must be able to use grammar.

  1. STS on the blue lines near the windows if the host does not have any helpers. Do NOT ask to help, as this counts as being “Hungry”, which is heavily frowned upon.

  2. If the host decides to pick a helper, they will usually say “Step forward for helper. [W+]”, or anything similar. Step forward from the STS line, and if the host picks you, well done! If not, it is acceptable to leave for the duration of the training, as passed trainings do not count towards getting CP.

  3. Do NOT mark anyone for any phase, except for scenarios (Phases of a training are Faces, Questions, Scenarios and Accuracy). Strike and dismiss anyone in the training accordingly until scenarios.

  4. When the phase “Scenarios” Is started, stand inside of the yellow box behind the Hosting lines. The supervisor or host will team you to the “Inmate” team. Follow a list of scenarios below, demonstrating the scenarios to the attendees:

  • Inmate Shooting: The helper will simulate an inmate shooting scenario. The trainee must handle the situation according to the facility’s procedures.
  • Inmate Spamming: The helper will act out an inmate spamming behavior. The trainee should respond appropriately to manage the scenario.
  • Inmate Disrespect: The helper will demonstrate an inmate being disrespectful. The trainee must address the disrespect effectively.
  • Using Keycard to Escape: The helper will pretend to use a keycard to escape. The trainee should respond to prevent the escape.
  • Bypassed Audio/Boombox Abuse: The helper will simulate abuse of audio or boombox features. The trainee must manage the abuse correctly.
  • Exploiting: The helper will act out exploiting behavior. The trainee needs to identify and handle the exploitation.
  • Punching: The helper will portray an inmate punching. The trainee should respond according to the guidelines.
  • Cross Teaming: The helper will simulate cross-teaming behavior. The trainee must address this issue as instructed.
  • Using Knife: The helper will demonstrate a scenario involving a knife. The trainee should handle the situation properly.
  • Crossing the Red Line: The helper will act out crossing the red line. The trainee must manage this behavior effectively.
  • Unauthorized Area: The helper will simulate entering an unauthorized area. The trainee should respond appropriately.
  • Escaping or Attempted Escape: The helper will simulate an escape or attempted escape. The trainee needs to handle it according to procedures.
  • AFK Farming: The helper will demonstrate AFK farming. The trainee must address this behavior as required.

For example, if you were demonstarting “Punching”, then you would procede to “Punch” the attendee, and the attendee would demonstrate what they would do if an inmate was punching. In this instance, giving out warnings, and being placed in max/solitary on W3 would be the correct answer.

  1. Mark all passers for scenarios on BC. Tell the host you have finished marking once you have finished.

  2. Stay until the end of the training, monitoring ALL attendees. Switch to the other side of the Session Room if needed.

  3. During the end of the shift, do not touch anything on BC, except for the “Grading” tab, which the host will pull up. Grade your fellow colleagues accordingly on what you think they deserve.

  4. Be a part of the photo, by either making a wedge (V-Shape formation), or by crouching in front of the attendees. (Hosts choice of which to do)

  5. Congratulate all attendees and Hardest Workers.

Departments

An important, but not necessary part of getting CP, is being in departments. Departments in SV are: SA (Support Agency), ET (Events Team), IA (Intelligence Agency), CM (Community Management), GA (Game Administration), DM (Discord Management) and OC (Overseer Command). Please note you must be 13+ to be in a department. If any applications come out, try to complete and apply for the department, as they help towards CP. Additionally, you may also be handpicked into a department, having activity ingame and on DC.

CHR Exam

As a Superintendent, you are allowed to attend the CHR exam (Certified High Rank Exam). If you pass this exam, you get the “CHR” role on Discord. The CHR role on Discord gives you image perms. Additionally, CHR ingame gives you the ability to spec (Spectate sessions) and gives you 2x the chance of being promoted.

I hope this guide was extremely helpful to any SI’s hoping to get CP. I know what it was like from SI - CP. If anyone has any questions, they may DM me on Discord. Discord user: Qantas1737

With Thanks,

It seems you’ve posted some sort of training or shift guide. This is a reminder that this thread is unofficial and no staff should be following this sort of guide. All official guides are located in Staff Information.
