Add a session ping and add the ability to select it in the roles channel

Others like myself NEED A ping for the sessions, maybe like @sessions ping, me personally, I am a cp, trying to get into sessions to be co host or something, and I always miss out because theres no discord ping for it, we need it.

If you right click on the sessions channel you can set it to get notifications every time someone has a session.
