SI+ should be able to cuff Cadet Officers and Corrections Officers (maybe ERTs too) as they often cause problems (random shootings, cuff abuse, etc…). I know this could be abused but it’s not that easy to get SI (except buying it), and it’s really needed

There would be a lot of abuse, but maybe if we consider adding this, Superintendents should take an exam based on their knowledge of the rules and abuse.
Rank buyers who transition from low ranks may not know the rules to SV. Being the first MR, SIs should know the basic rules.
If the exam is passed, the staff cuffs for SI could be helpful, but I would recommend only allowing Superintendents to cuff Cadets. Even with the exam, there still will be a lot of cuff abuse. SIs are already power hungry, we don’t need staff cuffs AND the ability to cuff three LRs. Just cuffing Cadets is fine. I’m not so sure how this would turn out.
If not Superintendent, maybe Chairperson. Even still, I have seen many CPs abuse.
It is possible they can add a rank and a level limit to staff cuffs. I propose level 250+ as an SI.

I agree with you about the exam, but I think the 250 level requirement is too high. It could be like level ~150 because almost all good SIs are > lvl 100 and have a good knowledge of the game so they could pass the exam.
The feature could be tested for 3-7 days and removed if it was abused.

There was a poll about this a while ago, and it was a majority vote yes. It was only a poll, but the developers may add it for Superintendent+ to cuff Cadet officers and Corrections officers, as well as inmates.
Although there are pluses to this, informing users on what do do during a situation to prevent punishment by SVGA or SVSA or FD+, it will be abused. Many of the SIs have bought the rank (which I find stupid) and will result in them abusing their abilities, causing further chaos.

I believe that there should be some sort of training, or application to get a team cuff as SI. That way the abuse is less likely. There can also be the addition of some sort of log were you have to write down when you use the Cuffs, and why.

I agree with this. A level amount could just result in really rich kids buying levels forever or something, or they could have grinded for ever just as inmate and not know the rules. A test would be a good idea.
