I think it would be cool to create a new event style and make use of other structures on the map like the towns and cities. Do random events hosted by staff like home burglary or bank/office hostage situations and have people respond to them. This is just a thought but it sounds good and could bring more activity!
Like give ranks like CAC+ the ability to host “raid sessions” where they can get maybe 4 people together and make an event outside the prison. There could also be other cool events like car racing and boxing matches. These are just more things in State view waiting to be utilized, were not reaching full game potential!
