Stateview’s administration has formed these optional standards and expectations to recognize and reward deserving staff members. These guidelines are designed for adherence by all high-ranking officials, aiming to ensure a standard of excellence and commitment within the Stateview community.

Stateview Corporation offers endless amounts of programs that each community member or staff associate may apply to. When joining an extra program, such as a department- This raises the chances of getting promoted.


SUPERINTENDENT-CHAIRPERSON PROMOTION ASSISTANCE

Minimum Recommended Statistics:

  • Shifts Co-Hosted: 2-5
  • Training Helps: 3-5
  • Monthly In-Game Minutes: 450-600
  • Departments: 0-1

Key Considerations:

  • Approval from a Prison Commissioner+ is a mandatory requirement for this promotion.

  • Recent infractions could negatively impact the success of the promotion, so it is important to assess the individual’s recent behavior and compliance with the rules.


CHAIRPERSON-FACILITY DIRECTOR PROMOTION ASSISTANCE

Minimum Recommended Statistics:

  • Shifts Hosted: 10-12
  • Sessions Co-Hosted: 8-10
  • Training Helps: 5-8
  • Monthly In-Game Minutes: 750-950
  • Departments: 0-3

Key Considerations:

  • Approval from a Prison Commissioner+ is required before promotion to Facility Director. Without this, the promotion cannot proceed.

  • Any recent infractions or violations could potentially impact the promotion and should be carefully reviewed.


FACILITY DIRECTOR-COMMUNITY ADVISORY COUNCIL PROMOTION ASSISTANCE

Minimum Recommended Statistics:

  • Sessions Hosted: 15-35
  • Sessions Co-Hosted: 10-25
  • Shift Supervisions: 12-15
  • Monthly In-Game Minutes: 950-1,150
  • Departments: 0-3

Key Considerations:

  • Approval from a Board of Governors+ is essential for this promotion. Their endorsement signifies that the individual is deemed worthy of ascending to a highly responsible position.

  • Recent infractions are a major consideration and could affect the outcome of the promotion process.


COMMUNITY ADVISORY COUNCIL-PRISON COMMISSIONER PROMOTION ASSISTANCE

Minimum Recommended Statistics:

  • Sessions Hosted: 30-50
  • Co-Hosted Sessions: 25-45
  • Session Supervisions: 50-80
  • Monthly In-Game Minutes: 1,150-1,650
  • Departments: 0-5

Key Considerations:

  • Approval from a Board of Governors+ is necessary to validate the promotion to Prison Commissioner.

  • Recent infractions and behavioral concerns should be reviewed before promoting an individual to this rank, as their impact will be considerable.

  • 1-2 agreements from leadership members is encouraged to guarantee the promotion’s integrity.

  • To ensure readiness, the individual should have participated in 0-3 Inspection Co-Hosting/Help roles, which will demonstrate their ability to manage and contribute at a high level.


PRISON COMMISSIONER-BOARD OF GOVERNORS PROMOTION ASSISTANCE

Minimum Recommended Statistics:

  • Sessions Hosted: 35-60
  • Co-Hosted Sessions: 50-80
  • Session Supervisions: 20-40
  • Monthly In-Game Minutes: 1,350-1,650
  • Departments: 0-6

Key Considerations:

  • Approval from a Chief of Staff+ is crucial. Their endorsement is a key component of the promotion process.

  • Recent infractions must be carefully considered, as any unresolved issues can affect the likelihood of promotion.

  • It is advised to secure 1-2+ agreements from leadership members to build a broad consensus around the promotion.

Cadet Officer to Warden may be promoted from promotional sessions. Warden’s may only be promoted through training/inspections.
