Allow CP+ to pick if they want to use BC or not for their sessions

Earlier today BC sessions were added back due to BC finally being fixed. During the time that BC was down, sessions had to be announced manually, and many people that are CP+ are probably used to manually announcing sessions and prefer to stick with that. Even though I’m not CP+, I think giving these people the choice to use BC or manually announce their sessions would be a good idea.

Bro I’m use to seeing non-BC announcements in the sessions channel. Because BC is down all the time :skull:

I agree, BC takes a lot of time for passers and if you make it optional people that like it more can use it.
