Okay to begin with, I’ve never personally comprehended why GA has never had staff cuffs. This department’s main priority is to ensure that the game runs smoothly and there’s no rule breakers, having no staff cuffs makes handling abusers difficult.
WHY WOULD THIS BE BENEFICIAL?
The purpose of allowing GA to have cuff permissions is in order to make mod calls easier and appropriately address in-game abusive behavior that is witnessed without having to call an administrator. Having cuff permissions does not only enhance GA administrators to a more straightforward and effortless approach to a mod call, however it makes the modcall more efficient and superior.
I believe it was stated that cuffs were not needed due to the classified room however, it can indeed become frustrating and irritating when an abuser does not appear to be following instructions, despite issuing punishment, I believe that if the abuser is in cuffs it’s a more appropriate and professional way to handle a mod call. Also, what happens when you witness abuse, wouldn’t it be easier to cuff the suspect and stop them from proceeding with what they’re doing?
What happens when someone abuses cuffs? I’m only mentioning this as people use this as an excuse In this case, why do GA even have admin, cuffs shouldn’t be much of problem.

We could have punishments in place for those who abuse it so it could be benifitial.
Why would they not have cuffs? If they’re already an admin, there’s not much potential for abuse, so…
I agree, it makes so much sense to give GA staff cuffs.
True but If they are abused then I think GA high command (ga management) would have to implement new procedures for when it does happen.
Yeah they are the main ones to give punishments to officers who abused make it easy and give then staff cuffs otherwise it makes it ahrder on everyone.
I am completely for this idea, in my mind there is no reason not to add.

Honestly if you’re in GA also getting OC isn’t very hard. I’m not against the idea though.

Department not rank. And they would have to apply or get handpicked or bye it and i submitted 2 applications before i crashed out and just bought it 
meaning its hard for a 5 year old to make it in when they are required to show an ID showing they meet the required age and its not 5 years old
