Allow Xbox to use the radio

Allow Xbox to click either dpad left or right so that we could use the radio since, they have no function.

For real, Roblox user:Goodgamer8729, today I finally past my first SHIFT, as Xbox, by telling the cohost I was Xbox, but unfortunately the FD forgot to get a CAC+ supervisor or any at all, and I am pretty sure did not have EHR, so I didn’t get promoted.

And I never passed another shift again so far.
