Make the doors auto close( when you forgot to close the doors it could help for not let the prisoners get outside) and good for us don’t have to close the doors and remain other.

Just be responsible and close the doors behind you. 
But its making people slow when chasing a prisoner on foot. That thing have a cooldown and its hard to do it!

Yea, but it would be impossible to escape with auto closing doors
Maybe you could make that it auto-closes after a certain period (like 10-20 or even 30 seconds)
EDIT: Or you could make it happen only during lockdowns
