BC not working for me

I am trying to verify my age with the BC system. I click the Capture button and then it says “Submission error
Internal Server Error”
What do i do? or do i just have to wait for it to be fixed?

Hey, @froyo7567 .

The age check system on BC is currently unavailable. If you’re verified in both main and intel, that’s good enough. It proves you are of age.

Yes no need to do bc verification, only time you do age checks is when asked to and it’s not on bc

  • The “Submission error / Internal Server Error” message is happening because the system itself is broken, not because you did anything wrong.

  • Other users are reporting the same issue.

  • According to the replies, you don’t need to complete BC verification unless someone specifically asks you to, and being verified in the main and intel systems is considered enough for now .

What you can do

  • There’s nothing to fix on your side.

  • You’ll just need to wait for BC to restore the age‑verification feature.

  • If you already have the other required verifications, you’re fine in the meantime.

    Also, if your verified on Intel and Main then you don’t need to really prove your age to BC.
