Yes, they can run away in the meantime or just hinder you from moving them by spamming the command.

Hello @racnon_277! I completely agree with your request as something that happens is that when you are cuffing an inmate and they use the sit command they can start controlling where you go.
Only HR Admins can use the command repeatedly on you.
GPA can do it on themselves
