I know Bloxcord constantly going down may not be Stateview’s/BC’s fault (I assume it’s the hosting provider causing issues or smth like that), however, it would be nice for SV to get status updates on what’s happening and when it may be resolved etc because right now it feels like it goes down every other day and everyone has no clue why and then it randomly comes back up again. It would also help departments I believe as it would help them plan around BC issues.
