Description: It is a visual glitch that happens every time you die while looking at the cameras, and will make your screen turn the same shade or darkness as when viewing the cameras, although it doesn’t show the camera view. Sitting back down in the chair and jumping fixes the glitch.
How often does it occur: Every time you die
Where does it occur: Camera Room when viewing cameras
How to reproduce: Sit down on the chair, and look at the cameras. Once you do that reset, or have someone kill you.
