Centralized Point & Reward System

Introducing the Stateview Centralized Point & Reward System, a unified rewards framework designed to recognize, motivate, and reward consistent departmental contribution and performance. Every department has clearly defined point-earning criteria, and points can be redeemed for exclusive in-game, departmental, and rank-related rewards.

DEPARTMENTAL POINT EARNING CRITERIA

The Departmental Point Earning System was created to encourage members to stay active and involved within their departments at Stateview. Members can earn points by completing tasks, contributing to department activities, and taking part in responsibilities tied to their departmental role. The system is meant to recognize the time and effort members put into helping their departments succeed. It also helps encourage consistency, accountability, and overall participation throughout the community.

STATEVIEW INTELLIGENCE AGENCY (SVIA)

  • Point Earning Criteria:

DEPARTMENTAL HIGH COMMAND

To maintain a system of fairness, accountability, and recognition, the awarding of points for Departmental High Command and Management personnel will be handled through administrative discretion rather than rigid criteria. This ensures flexibility while still holding individuals to high standards of excellence. Points are not automatically granted, nor are they based on simple metrics. Instead, they are awarded by Department Administrators who assess an individual’s weekly behavior, work ethic, professionalism, and overall contributions to their team and operations. This method promotes leadership that is engaged, proactive, and aligned with the goals of the department.

Administrators are trusted to evaluate the actions of their High Command and Management teams based on the quality of their engagement, not just the quantity. Factors considered may include (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting in planning or executing major organizational initiatives

  • Contributing to departmental restructuring or policy improvement

  • Overseeing performance evaluations or promotion assessments

  • Addressing internal inefficiencies or supporting conflict resolution

  • Creating or improving essential training and documentation resources

  • Promoting department-wide consistency, discipline, and culture

  • Collaborating on cross-departmental tasks or inter-divisional projects

This performance-based structure encourages leaders to remain active, accountable, and mission-driven. It also reinforces that recognition should stem from genuine value, not passive participation.

Department Administrators are expected to distribute points with care, ensuring no favoritism, inflation, or neglect occurs within the process. The success of this system relies on the integrity and responsibility of those in charge.

DEPARTMENTAL STAFF OF THE WEEK

To further encourage and recognize consistent excellence among departmental personnel, Staff of the Week awards will now include a points-based reward. This initiative reinforces the value of reliability, initiative, and departmental impact. Any individual selected as Departmental Staff of the Week will receive a 2 point bonus toward their cumulative progress under the Stateview Points & Rewards System. This incentive acknowledges those who consistently go above and beyond, setting a standard of commitment and integrity within their role.

Department Management & Administration is responsible for ensuring that Staff of the Week selections are made based on clear merit and not arbitrary favoritism. This structure reinforces the credibility of the reward and maintains the integrity of the program as a whole.
