Hello, im Lucas. Im CP and often confused over the Sessions Guide. I know that there are already Guides for the shifts and information over the Sessions and drills. I still would like to See that maybe CP Ranks get a little Training over the Sessions and different Szenarios and how to handle them. I would also Love to See CP have commands to Stop abusers since the Chairperson Normally would be a HR. I know the staff makes this all but it would Help the staff maybe.

this is exactly why you dont buy chairperson, if you cohosted shifts or helped in trainigns to get CP it wouldnt be a problem

If you earn CP then you have training from co hosting and helping In session so you have all the training you need.
Also CP is nowhere near HR, This would just cause even more work for the IA as they are already dealing with massive amounts of cases about AA and false punishment from the new FDs, So this will not be added. Also if you want admin and to punish people that bad, just join GA, Simple.
