So stateview is a pretty mid game, too many abusers and idiot SIs who have no idea what they are doing (like this guy)
Anyway, here are some changes I suggest to make stateview better.

Add admin for cadets.
People work really hard to rank up to cadet, with some people I know having spent years to get to the rank. All their hard work should be rewarded, right? I think so. All cadets should have SHR+ admin, so we can repay their dedication to Stateview. Note: I know you’re probably thinking, “Oh, Tiamat, what if they abuse?” Well, there’s an easy solution. If they are caught abusing, they will be given HAX admin instead, to punish them. -
Add advertisements to Stateview.
So everyone knows about the endless rank-buying because the devs want money, but there is a better way. Every twenty feet, and in every cell, should be a tv playing ads for terrible sponsored Roblox games. The audio should be very loud (around 140 db) so no one can ignore them. This way devs can make money without having level one superintendents. -
Add medical team.
This is a very popular suggestion, and one of my personal favorites. The medical team could wear all black, and would spawn in an infirmary near the session room. They would get a scalpel, a Glock 17 and a magic flying medkit. There could also be a “Head Doctor” role for robux that gets random syringes that can stab people and force them to rejoin or suffer their screen blurring and taking forever to die. Their team color would be pink. -
Add funerals for dead officers.
It is always sad when one of your fellow officers dies (except prison inspectors, they deserve it), so I think every time an officer dies, all players (aside from criminals, obviously) must watch a 30 minute cutscene where high-ranking officers must discuss the life and accomplishments of the officer. Then the officer is thrown into a coffin that is buried in the ground (you must use shovels to dig it) and then they are server banned forever. This would add to the roleplay component. -
Add meme soundboards to sessions.
Sessions are pretty boring, don’t you agree? I say that every user in a session should have access to a meme soundboard. For example, the host is talking, and you hear vine boom spam at 400% volume. It also helps cops to be on their toes, and always be alert, as well as getting younger players more engaged in sessions, so they don’t mess around. -
Fix ranking system.
Stateview’s ranking system is too confusing for newer players, so I propose this new system.

Deputy Deputy Cadet (DDC) - Handpick or Level 131072 - same as DDDC but has the ability to cuff someone, and leave them there in cuffs without having to keep holding the cuffs, allowing them to cuff up to three people. They can be uncuffed remotely by the DDC or uncuffed by anyone breaking the cuffs.
Deputy Cadet (DC) - Handpick or Level 262144 - same as DDC, but cuff limit raises to 5
Junior Cadet (JC) - Handpick or Level 524288 - same as DC, but has a one-shot gun with infinite range and an x-ray scope.
Senior High Rank (SHR):
CADET OFFICER (CAO) - Handpick, Level 1048576, or complete a quiz - same as JC, but has a variety of chemical weapons, cuff limit raised to 40, a machine gun with infinite ammo, exploding throwing stars, homing rockets, automatically dodge the first 23 attacks on them, instant teleportation and fly hacks, a nuclear bomb-dropping plane, a button that instantly kills any specific person, the Glock 420, and max starting health raised to 999999.

Add torture chamber.
Now abuse of the electric chair is common, so to prevent this we should add a room where staff can place inmates (or fellow staff) on a variety of torture devices. This should add a better roleplay experience or something -
Add Stateview Dating.
There are many Level 3,798 players who are 30 years old and have never left their mom’s basement. Having a dating experience in Stateview would help them get a life. -
Lower all gamepass prices by 100%
Gamepass and !rejoin abuse is a real problem, so I propose an easy solution. If every gamepass is free, everyone will have the M4A1, making abuse of it useless, as there would be no point to abuse it. -
Remove the inmate team.
For the final change I recommend, I want to do another popular suggestion. Many officers are constantly getting shot and killed by inmates. Inmates never follow roleplay and do whatever they want. Removing inmates would lower officer causalities by 100%, as well as making for a smoother roleplay environment.
