Is it just me or when SIs want to co-host and help (which is very understandable) no one picks them. Hosts usually choose officers with higher ranks and levels but I still think lower level/ranks should be given a chance to try too. Some hosts choose co-hosts and helpers before the session even starts so when people want to co-host or help they can’t even get a chance. I’m not trying to input any negativity so please don’t take this the wrong way, and I’m just trying to show every CP+ and to my fellow SIs this. Best of luck with your sessions!
as someone who hosts frequently - you need to be trustworthy so that I know you are going to be beneficial to my session, and not create issues, which happens commonly. You need to be able to use BC, confident doing so and understand what you can and can’t do. Most people are going to touch something they shouldn’t, so, when they do, you lose trust. Consequently - you start to only chose people who you know are experienced, i.e MRs and HRs..
Yes I understand what you’re saying, but some hosts directly ask higher ranks/levels to co-host or help without asking anyone else.
