Add command to remove/add cap (!cap)

There is more than 50% players using hairs and cap make looks it like BALD and ruining all
Many people staying in corectionnal just bc they have no annoying armour on skin. ERT can use LD and have M4A1, but they have annoying goofy vest

I thought that you already could remove your hat with commands. But what i find the better solution is to make items that are not realistic to a player’s avatar be removed when joining the game. This already happens with my glasses for some reason so it’s possible but you will need to beg the devs 
it is just removing face accesoaries
What if they removed hair when people join. It’s simpler.
