Community Management is proud to announce the launch of our Community Rewards Program, designed to recognize the hard work, dedication, and professionalism of our staff members. At Stateview, we value those who go above and beyond to make our community a better, more efficient, and respectful environment for both staff and the community.
The Employee of the Week award is given to members of the community who demonstrate exceptional dedication, professionalism, and activity throughout the week. These individuals are recognized by Community Management for going above and beyond in their duties and representing the values of Stateview.
EMPLOYEE OF THE WEEK - ELIGIBILITY
To be considered for this role, members should meet the following requirements:
Must hold the rank of Chairperson or higher.
Must show consistent and outstanding in-game activity, going beyond the usual expectations.
Must be active and engaged within the Discord and community, contributing positively and setting a good example.
If part of a department, must show strong involvement and contribution within that department. Being in a department may offer an advantage over other candidates.
Must have minimal or no infraction history within the game or community.
EMPLOYEE OF THE WEEK - BENEFITS
Members selected as Employee of the Week will receive the following rewards and privileges:
- The Employee of the Week Discord Role.
- One Week of Certified High Rank Permissions.
- One Week of Evaluated High Rank Permissions.
- Eligibility to Qualify for Employee of the Month.
- Consideration for a Promotion by Community Management.
The Employee of the Month award is the highest community-based recognition given at Stateview. It honors members who consistently perform at an exceptional level, uphold professionalism, and contribute positively across all aspects of the community. Recipients of this award set the standard for excellence and leadership.
EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH - ELIGIBILITY
- To qualify for Employee of the Month, members must meet the same requirements as outlined under Employee of the Week, with the additional condition that they must have been selected as Employee of the Week at least once during the month.
EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH - BENEFITS
The member selected each month as the Employee of the Month will receive the following rewards and privileges:
- Community Image Permissions.
- Community External Emoji Permissions.
- The Employee of the Month Discord Role.
- Eligible to Change the Role Color.
- One Month of Certified High Rank Permissions.
- One Month of Evaluated High Rank Permissions.
- Fifteen (15) Departmental Reward Points if Applicable.
- One Week of Departmental OR In-Game Quota Excusal.
- Consideration for a Promotion by Community Management.
