I was new at the game and i finally passed a Session(not the shift one).I got promoted and they said i had an cooldown of 3days.I came back 2 days to ask my cooldown(In the time of 2 days i succesfully done several shifts and Sessions).The Person i asked said then i still had 3 days.So my Question is:Does The Cooldown resets when i attend to Shifts or Session(
You only get cooldown when you get promoted through a session or claimed a rank ingame

Oooooh maybe this why since i promoted myself through earning xp the cooldowm started new
