Creating two+ co-existing tickets on intel

Hi. I have a question regarding tickets on the intel server.
If I have a ticket pending for review and I want to create another one for another abuser, could I? Example: while waiting for a response on one ticket, I make another one about a separate person.

you can report up to 3 people in a ticket
