Some people are saying CP should get staff cuffs, here’s what I think.
I think ranks should get these cuff Permissions.
W+ Can Cuff:

W+ also must be lvl 64 to be able to cuff.

Why not, CAOs and CO’s are always problems

They should add it back for CP+
No CAC+ is fine
they also removed staff cuffs from CP because of abuse
Even OC has to leave it to GA
make sure they have GA to be able to staff cuff then.
They can still fire them from the staff teams which temporarily stops them until GA can step in
Theres certain restrictions to that
