So recently whenever I put an inmate in max security they can easily bypass it by rejoining the game or switching teams, which is annoying. And whenever I put an inmate in cuffs they just rejoin and start rioting again.
So, I suggest that you are unable switch teams while cuffed or in max security/solitary, and if you leave the server while cuffed you will be punished by being placed in max security. Leaving while in max/solitary will save the seconds left to your max/solitary time and automatically put you back in max/solitary for the amount of seconds left when you rejoin the game.
