- I bought the actual Ma41 gampass and only sometimes a spawn with it
- It happens almost always
- It happens as an inmate
- If you want to do it buy the gampass then try it
That’s intentional, after you die like once you lose it, but you can get it back by rejoining. It somewhat prevents gamepass spam but not really
