The cape approval was not even thoroughly thought through by Stateview. Not everyone that plays Stateview even has a discord account to begin with. The paying is also really stupid, majority of people don’t have a debit card set for them or any kind of payment. If one person has inappropriate words/pictures on their cape, it doesn’t mean everyone else should have to pay for theirs too.

I have literally NEVER seen a single bypassed cape ever, and I’ve been playing this game for like 2 years
