CP should get back the same perms as FD has to be able to have more independence with shifts. When hosting a shift CP should be able to SR lock/unlock and use the h command to post about the shift. Overall CPs should be able to do their shifts more independently for better experience. Supervisors should yes, still be required but should only be there to supervise, not make the announcements and such.
