I do not agree with this. Cadets are untrustworthy, and staff cuffs are reserved for CAC+ or OC members. Implementing this would result in more abuse rates, and would ruin gameplay.

So basically…
I was dealing with an abuser before and after that I teamed myself back to inmate with the command. My friend found it incredibly funny to cuff me before I refreshed myself, so now I got this screenshot.
