You might think I hate SIs and want them to get demoted but let me explain. It shows that there are 6000 SIs with like 200 CPs which is kind of a bad ratio. Additionally, it would be better for the active SIs if the inactive ones get demoted, since there will be less SIs, giving them a higher chance of promotion. The demotions would just be to Warden so not too bad. If this were to happen, SI would be a way more exclusive rank and therefore they would be more likely to get noticed for a promotion. The quota should probably be like 2 sessions attended or co hosted a week so not too much. But still, this can make a huge difference in getting promoted from SI-CP.

There would be less people competing for CP if there are less SI so the ones who are working harder and doing the quota are going to stay as SI and have less competition.

True but it would also demote a few slightly active people so only the hardest workers can try to compete. Maybe the quota should be higher so that only the most active can try to get promoted. Still, I think a quota of 2 is the best. Also, it just makes more sense to have like 1000 SI instead of 6000.
The whole point of the rank superintendent is to have no quota
The point of a SI is to get them ready for CP and SI you can get by passing a Training.
SI isn’t supposed to be really exclusive, it’s just another rank like warden. If warden was the top rank I bet you would make this post saying the same thing about warden. It’s just another rank. No quota should really be required, not everyone that becomes SI isn’t really serious about there role which is why we have so many. It would literally be the exact same if SI didn’t exist and W was the rank before CP.

Funnily enough, this was how it used to be. Some of the times in SV, there was no “Superintendent.” Considering how SI is so easy to get, I do not see a point in a quota, as if it had the same requirements to get to now as it did before, there wouldn’t be much of a point. It’d be too easy to get back to a point you lost.

Yeah there’s just no point in a quota due to the strain this would put on CM, Having to manage 6000+ extra quotas every week which is just not possible.

Yes it might be a good idea but the part they go to warden no maybe just have independent or they keep the role but they have [inactivity] meaning they need to play more to remove that from there name.
