Handcuffing problem

So, when a staff member goes to cuff a criminal/inmate or whatever, their walk speed gets really quite weird and a bit glitchy, it’s not a major bug, but still can be annoying.

Just press release and re cuff them

yeah, but still it can be annoying

BEcause the taze effect is still there that what the problem is you tazing them it’s better to taze them in a closed area then frisk so they cannot dmg you then re cuff
