tbh i think you just get an M4 and a knife, but i didnt buy the gamepass so im not sure

There is no “illegal weapons dealer” that i know of.

@Rip_G1 You may be mistaken, You dont need to go to a NPC to get the gun, you get it when you join/respawn on the inmate team.

You get the M4a1 if you manage to break into the staff room and go to the weapons storage. Knifes can only be dropped from gamepass owners, the Glock 17 can be pickpocketed or dropped from a guard.

Inmates with glock gamepass can also drop glocks

Everyone with a Glock can drop it. Self-explanatory.
