How do you become a rank higher than Superintendent?

I am a Superintendent, but how I do become a rank higher than that? I can’t get to a higher rank, and I don’t know if I have to join a training or not. Please help with this. Thanks, waffles.

Get good enough stats (HWs, Co-hosts, helper) and gain attention of a HR, or pass an inspection (must have good stats)

You can get Chairperson by Buying, Having good stats [You should focus on Co hosts], Being active on the discord server, Being active in game, Attending CHR exams which MAY help your chance’s

I got CP by being active I had okay stats.
