While playing Stateview Prison, I have met several people with custom weapons, like AKM, Honey Badger, AWP, and not only. I would like to know how I can get them.

AKM can also be achieved by getting to HR +. And you can get the M16 by getting into OC or buying the Swat Bundle gamepass.
