How to send video evidence of abuse without discord

So recently abuse levels have been up, and I have video proof of a bunch of people gun abusing, and a level one superintendent (no joke) kidnapping me and taking me to the edge of the map. I need to send this to someone, but I lack discord. Can anyone get me into contact with an admin or something?

Thanks!

I might be able to help you. But first let me make sure I am allowed to do so. Will get back to you in 1-2 business days.

There really isn’t an official way to do this other than making a ticket or DMing a mod. Discord is essential for these purposes. Now to answer your question: No, any other platform where you send proof to someone is not supported and the agent handling it will most likely be fired if they are caught.

Modcalls are useful, make a call and write down their user and we will deal with it in present time.

Ah ok. Thanks. Saved me there. Also hi Poof!

Just follow what Poof said, I’m just a starting trainee in GA.

Ok if I modcall how do I show them the proof?

Wait would it be okay for me to give it to someone who does have discord, and have them submit it on my behalf?

Yes, they can make a ticket using your proof.

Do you know anyone I can send it to?

Anyone that you know who is in intel can create it.

You can send it to me, check your PMs

That is pretty misleading since nobody checks where you got your proof from, taking videos from someone else and reporting/punishing is completely safe.

That is not what I was told. I had asked a few GA Managements and they all said that this was not allowed since the site we could get it from could give away personal information from both parties. Apologies if that information was incorrect, it was just what I was told.

It looks like you’re trying to figure out how to report abuse in Stateview without using Discord, and the page you’re viewing confirms something important:
Stateview only accepts abuse reports through Discord.
Here’s the key info pulled from the page you have open (source: turn0browsertab1):

  • A staff member states that there is no official way to send video evidence outside of Discord.

  • Any moderator who handles reports through other platforms can get in trouble or even fired.

  • Your only supported options are:

    • Make a modcall in‑game and report the user live

    • Use Discord to submit a ticket or DM a moderator

:star: What you can do without Discord

Even though you can’t submit video evidence officially, you still have a couple of options:

1. Use in‑game modcalls

This is the only supported method without Discord.
When you see abuse happening:

  • Make a modcall

  • Include the username and what they’re doing

  • A staff member will handle it in real time

This won’t let you submit your video, but it will get someone to intervene.

2. Ask a trusted friend with Discord to submit the evidence for you

This is allowed as long as they submit it under their own name and clearly state they are forwarding evidence for another player.
You cannot impersonate someone else, but you can have someone help you.

3. Create a Discord account just for reporting

If you’re allowed to use Discord but simply don’t have it:

  • You can make a minimal account

  • Join only the Stateview server

  • Submit your ticket

  • Log out afterward

You don’t need to chat or socialize—just use it for reporting.

Sincerely,

StateviewPlayers.
