In the image, it shows that I do not have the badge for passing the officer quiz even though I did it back in V1
V1 is a different experience, V1 and V2 badges would not transfer between eachother (or you bought SI 
)
I have been playing SV for a long time and I have gone through all the ranks to get to SI, just not CAO as that was not a thing then

it was defo the seconds stateview version though
It might just be bugged
SV recently added the quiz into the game, plus making that badge along with it. So if you don’t have it then you probably passed the quiz back when it was another game in the group and not the ingame officer quiz.
