I passed training but didn't get a rank, what should I do?

I passed my training yesterday I also did !rejoin but it was on the same rank what should I do now and what was the reason?

EDIT: Im Prison Inspector.

How long is the cooldown? I waited 2 Days.

As your a Prison Inspector, your cooldown will be 5 days.

A cooldown is not something where you wait for your rank to arrive, you have to wait your cooldown to attend a training and actually get promoted.
